My name is Terry Ruitenburg-Healy and I live in Wexford, Ireland. I was born and raised in Dublin and after marrying a Dutchman, lived for a number of years in the Netherlands and Scotland, I have had the opportunity to see a small part of the world through a unique lens.

My love for painting began in my late teens. Over the years, I have been encouraged to develop my skills and having studied numerous landscapes/seascapes, in various locations, I find great joy and pleasure in putting my ideas into my work, creating the best possible results.

 

Experimenting with various mediums, e.g. oil and acrylic gives me great joy and an opportunity to express my love for colour and texture. With each piece of work that I create, I am always pleased knowing it comes from my heart.

My work reflects the emotions I’ve felt and the experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today. I am truly honored to share my art with people, and I hope that my work speaks to you in a profound way.
